How to cut the length

This series has different widths and cutting methods. When cutting, the bottom shell is a few millimeters shorter than the circuit board after cutting, and the shortening length is different with different widths. It is described below: There are five widths of 42mm50mm-272mm2c80mm100mm. After cutting, the bottom plate is 5mm shorter than the circuit board. The five widths are 42mm, 50mm-2, 72mm-2c, 80mm and 100mm. The cutting methods are the same. The bottom plate is 5mm shorter than the circuit board. Assuming that the width of the circuit board (circuit board) you designed is 72mm and the length is 38mm, the length of the bottom plate is 33mm after cutting. Because the grooves of the left and right baffles on both sides account for 5mm, the bottom plate is 5mm shorter than the circuit board after cutting. Relatives who need to be cut by our shop, no matter how our shop cuts, please buy as long as the length of the designed circuit board is. Remember not to measure the length of the bottom shell, If it is purchased by measuring the length of the bottom shell, it will not be returned

After the module bottom plate is cut,

the bottom shell is shorter than the circuit board.

Please correctly measure the size of the circuit board and select the mounting rack with corresponding size.

All dimensions on the link are circuit board dimensions. After cutting,

the bottom shell is shortened by several millimeters compared with the circuit board. The circuit board width is different,

and the shortened dimensions are also different!

42mm, 52mm-2, 72mm-2c, 80mm and 100mm will be shortened by 5mm.

50mm will be shortened by 8mm, 72mm-1, 72mm-2, 72mm-3, 90mm,

107mm and 108mm will be shortened by 4mm. 122mm will be shortened by 10mm.

Due to the different molds of the left and right baffles on both sides, the positions of the grooves are different.

No matter how much the bottom shell is shortened, as long as the circuit board you design is shot,

if you buy it according to the measured value module bottom plate size, there will be no return and exchange.

On the edge of the circuit board, relatives who do not reserve 2mm space cannot purchase independently.

Otherwise, there will be no return and exchange on the side.
